Being a teacher allowed me to use my creative side to build a fun, artistic environment for my students. I loved designing my own classroom materials and helping coworkers with signs, graphic organizers, and activities. Later, when I became the owner of B.Y.O. Brush Studio in Ocean Springs, MS, I had the chance to teach others my favorite acrylic blending techniques.

Now, as a stay-at-home mom, I’m finding new ways to share my art with others — both around the Gulf Coast and across the country. My goal is always to create high-quality, personalized pieces that bring joy and meet the unique needs of each customer.

The name ChelOhEls Art comes from my Twitch channel, ChelOhEls, where I share another passion of mine — gaming! It’s pronounced like “LOLs,” but with “Chel.”
