Refund Policy

Thank you so much for supporting ChelOhEls Art! Every piece I create is made with care and attention to detail. Because my items are custom and often personalized, please review the following policy before purchasing.
1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the handmade and customized nature of my work, all sales are final once your order has been placed. I do not offer refunds or exchanges for custom or personalized items.
2. Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact me within 24 hours of purchase. If I haven’t started working on your item yet, I’ll be happy to cancel and issue a full refund. Once work has begun, cancellations are no longer possible.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or there’s an error on my part:

Please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order (or pick-up notification).

Include photos of the item and packaging so I can assess the issue.

If confirmed, I’ll either repair, replace, or refund the item depending on the situation.
4. Lost or Delayed Shipments
Once an item is handed off to a postal carrier, ChelOhEls Art is not responsible for delays, lost, or damaged shipments. However, I’ll do my best to help you work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
5. Local Pick-Up and Delivery
For porch pick-up or local delivery orders, please inspect your item when you receive it. If there are any issues, contact me right away so I can help.
