By accessing or purchasing from this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

ChelOhEls Art is a small business based in Ocean Springs, Mississippi, specializing in hand-painted and personalized artwork such as banners, door hangers, clipboards, children’s items, and watercolor art.

2. Handmade Nature of Items

Each item is handcrafted and may have slight variations in color, texture, or design. These variations make every piece unique and should not be considered defects.

3. Orders and Payments

  • Orders are confirmed once full payment is received.

  • Payments are accepted through the methods listed at checkout (e.g., PayPal, Square, Venmo, etc.).

  • Custom orders must be reviewed and approved before work begins.

4. Processing and Turnaround Time

Processing times vary depending on the item and customization requested. Please allow 1-2 weeks for most orders unless otherwise stated.

If you need your order by a specific date, please contact me before purchasing to confirm availability.

5. Pick-Up, Delivery, and Shipping

  • Local Porch Pick-Up: Available in Ocean Springs. You’ll receive address details once your order is ready.

  • Local Delivery: Offered by request within the surrounding area. Fees may apply depending on distance.

  • Shipping: Rarely offered but available upon request through USPS, UPS, or other carriers. ChelOhEls Art is not responsible for delays, lost, or damaged items once shipped.

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

Because each item is custom-made, all sales are final.
However, if your item arrives damaged or there’s a mistake on my end, please reach out within 7 days of delivery or pick-up so I can make it right.

Cancellations may be accepted within 24 hours of ordering if work has not yet begun.

7. Copyright and Usage

All artwork, designs, and images created by ChelOhEls Art remain the property of the artist (Chelsea). You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute any images or designs without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

ChelOhEls Art is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the products or website.

9. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our [Privacy Policy]. We respect your privacy and will never sell or share your data.
