Shipping Policy

At ChelOhEls Art, I do my best to make receiving your custom artwork easy and convenient! Because most of my items are handmade and personalized, I currently offer a few flexible options for getting your order to you.

Local Porch Pick-Up (Preferred Option)

Local porch pick-up is available in [your city or area — e.g., Ocean Springs, MS].
Once your order is complete, you’ll receive a message with the pick-up address and instructions. Please plan to collect your order within a few days of notification.

Local Porch Delivery

If you’re nearby and can’t make it for pick-up, I’m happy to deliver your order directly to your porch upon request. Delivery availability and any small delivery fees will be discussed before checkout.

Shipping by Mail

While most of my orders are local, I occasionally ship items within the United States through USPS, UPS, or another reliable carrier.

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on package size, weight, and destination.

  • You’ll receive tracking information once your order is shipped.

  • ChelOhEls Art is not responsible for postal delays, lost, or damaged packages once they are in the carrier’s hands, but I’ll always do my best to help resolve issues if they arise.

Processing Time

Because each piece is hand-painted and often personalized, please allow [insert your average time, e.g., 1–2 weeks] for processing and creation before your order is ready for pick-up, delivery, or shipment.
